Clinical Expertise

Erin has been working with individuals toward recovery for over a decade. During that time she has completed a Master's in Social Work from the University of Minnesota and has specialized in working with individuals with serious and persistent mental illness. Her clinical focus is in using a cognitive behavioral approach with a strong focus on using mindfulness techniques. Erin has training in dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, aging, cognitive behavioral therapy, harm reduction, mind/body skills, trauma informed care, resiliency therapy in the treatment of psychosis, and crisis intervention.
