Jessica Jones, PhD, LP
Dr. Jones has been a Senior Clinical Psychologist at HCMC since 2012. She provides individual and group therapy in the Adult Psychiatry Clinic. Her therapeutic approach is integrative, including use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and behavioral approaches to reduce anxiety. Her clinical interests include reducing the overall impact of chronic mental illness, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, psychotic disorders and co-occurring disorders.
Dr. Jones received her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Minnesota in 2011. She completed her pre-doctoral internship at Hazelden Foundation’s Mental Health Clinic in Center City, MN. Dr. Jones also completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the Minneapolis VA Medical Center (VAMC), specializing in treating aspects of serious and persistent mental illness.
