Dr. Versland is the Chief Psychologist at Hennepin County Medical Center. Dr. Versland received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 2006. Dr. Versland currently sees patients with co-occurring psychiatric and substance use disorders as well as providing health psychology consultation. Her theoretical orientation is integrative, including motivational interviewing (MINTee status), cognitive behavioral (including ACT), and interpersonal process therapies. Her clinical interests include co-occurring disorders. Professionally, she also serves on the MN Board of Psychology, the Department of Public Health Suicide Prevention Taskforce, and the MN Center for Chemical and Mental Health Advisory Council.
