Will I receive a paper ticket?

No. You will check in with your name or company's name at the registration table that evening. You may wish to retain your ticket confirmation you receive after online payment.

Is a portion of my ticket tax deductible?

Yes, a portion of every ticket is a tax deductible donation. You will receive a letter for tax purposes after purchasing your ticket.

Where is The Depot?

The Depot Minneapolis is located downtown at 225 Third Avenue South, Minneapolis, MN 55401. Please access the Google Map for detailed directions.

Where should I park?

There is ample parking at The Depot with an underground parking lot and valet service accessible at Washington and 5th Avenue South. Get directions through Google Maps.

What should I wear?

The dress for Light Up the Night is cocktail attire.

Who will be at this event?

A wonderful combination of community members, philanthropists, corporate sponsors, staff, board members, patients, and their family and friends will join together to celebrate HCMC and the Traumatic Brain Injury Program.

Will I be asked to make a donation?

There are several opportunities during the evening to create your own impact at HCMC, including a silent auction, live auction, and fund-a-need request.

Are there assigned seats?

Yes, your seat assignment will be presented to you at time of check-in. Those with guests and those in sponsorship groups will be seated together.

I can't make it December 4, but I would like to make a contribution. Where can I make a donation?

We’re sorry you can't attend. We welcome your donation online where you can also honor one of our award winners or a staff member of the TBI program.
