About the Hennepin Health Foundation

The Hennepin Health Foundation exists to serve your interests in supporting the hospital and clinics of Hennepin Healthcare System, Inc. This charitable work started fifty years ago by a volunteer based Service League at Hennepin County Medical Center. In 2009 this dedicated group dissolved in order to establish a professional 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to increase the capacity to attract philanthropic support and serve more patients and families. Hennepin County Medical Center and our eight primary care clinics serve over 154,000 patients each year. Your support can strengthen the patient and family experience, as well as, impact the health and well-being of our whole community. We invite you to partner with us.
