Emergency Medicine

The Department of Emergency Medicine is devoted to providing excellent care at any time to any patient in need of emergency medical services, both within the department and in the greater community. The department attempts to optimize the medical care and well-being of all patients by working in a spirit of cooperation with Hennepin County Medical Center.

The department is committed to educational excellence in training physicians, students of medicine, allied health professionals, and the public in the prevention and management of acute illness or injury.
