The Positive Care Center provides a range of mental health services for individuals, couples and families infected or affected by HIV. Services include psychotherapy, medication evaluation and mental health assessments. The Mental Health Program is funded through a grant from the Ryan White Treatment Modernization Act (Part A).

  • Easy Cancellation/Rescheduling
  • Reducing barriers to care

Case Management

For referrals to the Positive Care Center Case Management Program, call 612-873-6118.

Case management in the Positive Care Center is intended to support the client by identifying and addressing needs through an individualized plan of care. Case management services are available on-site to respond to the broad range of physical, emotional, and social needs that individuals living with HIV may experience. The program features a culturally diverse team. In addition to English, case management services may also be delivered in the following languages:

  • Oromo
  • Amharic
  • Somali
  • Swahili
  • Arabic
  • Hmong
  • Spanish

A Health Education and Risk Reduction Program for People living with HIV their partners, family, and friends. Live long and well!
