Brooklyn Park Clinic & Pharmacy

The Brooklyn Park Clinic & Pharmacy provides primary care and specialty care to patients of all ages, as well as physical and occupational therapy, integrative health and an on-site pharmacy.

Our family medicine providers focus on women's and men's health as well as child and adolescent health care. Pediatricians care for infants to pre-adult years. OB/Gyns and certified nurse-midwives care exclusively for women. We offer physical and occupational therapy with a rehabilitation gym, rheumatology including infusion services, integrative health with acupuncture and chiropractic, and an on-site pharmacy. Clinic hours include extended evening hours.
