Childbirth Preparation: 6-week series, classes held on weeknights
Build confidence in yourself and your partner as you prepare for the birth of your baby. Spend 6 weeks with our experienced childbirth educators to learn about what to expect and how you can get ready for your upcoming birth. This class offers a tour of the Birth Center on the 4th week of class.

This class is best taken during the last three months of pregnancy. You do not need to take a separate newborn care or breastfeeding class. It is included in this series.

All 2010 classes are Thursdays evenings from 5:30-8:30 p.m.
