Care for expectant families:

• Family-centered maternity care through-    out pregnancy, labor and delivery • Water-birth tub for labor and birth • Hypnobirthing training • Reiki (healing touch) training • Pain management (including epidural    and other medication) • Doulas available • Same room for labor, birth and    postpartum stay • Rooming-in for baby • Breastfeeding support and education

 • Sibling and grandparent visiting hours
 • Interpreter services for non-English speaking clients
 • Access to all of the services of the Birth Center at Hennepin County Medical Center

• Preconception care
• Pregnancy testing
• Annual exams
• Family planning services
• Health and nutrition education
• Community resource referrals
• Adjunct faculty site for University of Minnesota student nurse-midwives
